Terms & Conditions

1. We kindly request our guests to be ready 10 minutes before the departure time.

2. Children aged 0-2 are free, ages 3-5 receive a 30% discount, and those aged 6 and above are charged the full fee.

3. Courtesy transfers are provided to/from city hotels.

4. Due to traffic difficulties, pick-up and drop-off times may be delayed beyond our control.

5. Smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the bus.

6. Payment cancellations are not accepted.

7. There is no refund for any unused portion of any tour program.

8. We reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the tour without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. We disclaim any responsibility and shall not pay indemnity or reimbursement if certain museums or monuments included in the program cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control.

10. Tour fees include air-conditioned transportation, guidance, entrance fees, and mentioned meals and drinks.

11. Nehir Travel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

12. Nehir Travel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, personal errors, or any incidents resulting from activities during tours or free time (such as ATV safari, Zipline, Swing, Chair lift, Cable Car, Electric Car, Bicycle, or any other activity or vehicle).

13. Guests are expected to be punctual at the meeting point provided by the tour guide; otherwise, tours will continue without missing guests.

14. Nehir Travel reserves the right to change tour itineraries or prices without prior notice.
